SMS / Text Message Policy
How our internal team text-message alert program works. Last updated June 2026.
This page describes the internal SMS (text message) program operated by Roberts’ Construction & Repair, Inc., doing business as Griffith Awnings (“Griffith,” “we,” “us”). These text messages are sent only to Griffith employees and team members through our private internal business software (“Griffith Hub”). We do not send marketing or promotional texts to customers or the general public.
How team members opt in
A Griffith team member receives text alerts only after they themselves enter their own mobile number into the Settings page of the Griffith Hub app and turn on the specific alerts they want. No phone number receives any message unless that person has entered it and enabled alerts. There is no automatic enrollment.
What messages we send
Operational, work-related notifications only, such as:
- A new sales lead has come in (customer name, phone, location, project)
- A bid or job status update (submitted, approved, ready to invoice, scheduled)
- A daily schedule digest of the day’s measures, meetings, and installs
Message frequency
Frequency varies with business activity — typically a few messages per day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You may also remove your number or turn off alerts directly in the Griffith Hub Settings page. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
Privacy
Mobile numbers are used only to deliver these internal team alerts. We never sell or share phone numbers with third parties, and mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing purposes.
